INTRODUCTION AGRIZATE (0-28-25) contains plant nutrients designed for soil or foliar applications. The phosphorus contained in AGRIZATE (0-28-25) is derived from phosphorous acid and is less oxidized than phosphoric acid. When neutralized by alkaline substances such as potassium hydroxide, it becomes phosphite salt which is different from the traditional phosphate fertilizer derived from phosphoric acid or its salts. 

Phosphorus Nutrition Upon foliar application, the phosphite ions are taken up directly by the plant foliage and may undergo a degree of conversion to phosphate ions, or be utilized directly by the plants, as phosphite ions. A major factor in the ability of phosphorous acid to control oomycetes for long periods of time appears to be its chemical stability in the plant. Phosphorous acid does not convert into phosphate and is not easily metabolized. 

Phosphorus has favorable effects to plants in the following: – Stimulated root development – Increased stalk and stem strength – Improved flower formation, fruiting and seed production – More uniform and earlier crop maturity – Increased nitrogen N-fixing capacity of legumes – Improvements in crop quality – Cell division, fat and albumin formation. – Increased resistance to plant diseases espicialy for oomycetes fungus. – Supports development throughout entire life cycle 

AGRIZATE (0-28-25) contains Potassium which is an essential in nearly all processes needed to sustain plant growth and reproduction. Plants deficient in potassium are less resistant to drought, excess water, and high and low temperatures. They are also less resistant to pests, diseases and nematode attacks. Because potassium improves the overall health of growing plants and helps them fight against disease, it is known as the “quality” nutrient. Potassium affects quality factors such as size, shape, color and vigor of the seed or grain, and improves the fiber quality of cotton. 

Potassium increases crop yields because it: – Increases root growth and improves drought tolerance – Builds cellulose and reduces lodging – Activates at least 60 enzymes involved in growth – Aids in photosynthesis and food formation – Helps translocate sugars and starches – Produces grains rich in starch – Increases protein content of plants – Maintains turgor, reduces water loss and wilting – Helps retard the spread of crop diseases and nematodes.

APPLICATIONS 

Time and application uses: You can use it in any time of season. 

Open field: (potatoes, tomatoes, melon, cucmber, squash ..etc). Drip irrigation: 3-5 lt/hectare with first irrigation after transplanting. 

Folıar applıcatıon: Repeat as foliar application 2-3 times per season, with an interval of 3-4 weeks or as needed. 

Greenhouse field: Drip irrigation: 3-5 lt/hectare with first irrigation after transplanting. Folıar applıcatıon: 2.5 lt/1000 lt water, with an interval of 3-4 weeks or as needed. 

Fruit trees & grapes: Folıar applıcatıon: 1.5-2.5 lt/1000 lt water (3-5 lt/hectare), in spring, repeat with an interval of 4-6 weeks or as needed. 

Citrus: Folıar applıcatıon: 1.25 lt/1000 lt water (5 lt/hectare) in spring, repeat with an interval of 4-6 weeks or as needed. 

AGRI SCIENCES 

Precaution: 1. Nutrients for soil and foliar application 2. Apply after dissolve with water immediately 3. Don’t mix with copper compound or copper element, and should be applies after 10-15 days from 

used copper. 4. Don’t mix with calcium, so phosphorus reacts with calcium to form calcium phosphates which are 

either slightly soluble or insoluble in soil solutions and are also unavailable to plant uptake. 

STORAGE CONDITION Keep in the original pack, under normal conditions (at a cool and dry place). Do not expose to direct sunlight. Keeps its physical and chemical properties for 3 years minimum under normal conditions. Storage temperature must be between +5 and +400C. 

WARNINGS 

• Keep away from children and food 
• Never exceed the appropriate dose rates and just use required area 
• Use masks, gloves and goggles during fertilization 
• Avoid contact with eye, face and skin, in case of contact, wash with plenty of water 
• Don’t use another purpose used empty package, dispose them.
